Title: Penne with Savory Pork

1 1/2lbBoneless pork, diced
2lgOnions, chopped
2tbPeanut oil
1clGarlic, peeled & chopped
1/2tbLemon juice
3lgRipe tomatoes, peeled& chppd
1/4tsChili sauce
1tsSugar
1 1/2tbWorchestershire sauce
  Salt & pepper to taste
12ozPenne
1cGrated Cheddar cheese
1/2cSalted peanuts

Brown pork and onions together in oil. Add garlic and lemon juice; stir well. Add tomatoes, chili sauce, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes or until pork is tender and throughly cooked. Meanwhile, cook penne according to package directions; drain. Just before serving, stir grated cheese and peanuts into pork mixture. Heat until cheese is melted. Place penne in heated serving dish. Top with pork mixture, toss well, and serve. Creative Pasta
